Biography
After gaining a firm design and manufacturing engineering grounding at Rolls-Royce, I was keen to combine my French language skills by driving performance into the continental European Supply Chain. Then an exciting next step to China to head up the development of the Asian supply base, blending ambitious growth and transformation whilst never compromising on quality and performance.
Not long after returning to the UK, it was time to move on to Pattonair, a dynamic logistics business that was hungry to learn and improve. After developing their engineering and quality capability, I took on various leadership roles integral to growth, from leading Global Operations and Quality to heading up the European Division whilst maintaining my professional development at Cranfield University.
After various successful Private Equity phases of sale, acquisition and merger to ultimately form, shape and stabilise Incora, I felt it was time to move back into that dynamic and ambitious environment where I thrived. It didn’t take much deliberation to set up CooperAble to share my expertise with new and existing partnerships.
In a nutshell, that’s me… always up for a challenge whether it be in my professional or personal life… no terrain too harsh, no environment too cold, no mountain too steep... whether that be metaphorical or not!
